The Dropkick Murphys and the Claddagh Fund are supporting the Boston Bruins’ playoff bid in their annual Foundation Beard-a-thon. Ken Casey and Scruffy Wallace are growing one for our boys in black and gold and again proving their beard-growing and fundraising prowess! Ken has something to prove this year and needs your help to do it! Last year, at the close of the contest, Ken was the leading fundraiser across the NHL…that was before Bruins’ legend Bob Sweeney stole the title by landing a big donation after hours to take over the first place spot. The Claddagh Fund is hosting our next event—Celebrity OysterFest 2010—on May 12th at 88 Wharf Riverfront Grille in Milton, MA. Ken Casey and his band mates, along with family, friends and loads of local celebrities are kicking off the summer patio season at this awesome waterfront restaurant.
